Cancellation Policy

Individual Booking

Cancellation 3 days before the date of arrival - full refund
Cancellations lesser than 3 days of the arrival date - no refund
One night Retention Charges will be applicable for same day cancellation and No Shows
The refund will be processed within 7 working days after deducting bank charges

Cancellation Policy of group bookings

Group Bookings - 5 rooms & above

Group reservations will be guaranteed after receiving 50% of the total room charges The remaining 50 % should be paid 3 days prior to the date of arrival
Cancellations 7 days before the date of arrival - full refund
Cancellation 3 days before the arrival date - 50 % refund
Cancellations lesser than 3 days of the arrival date - no refunds
The refund will be processed within 7 working days after deducting bank charges
